TOPIC: OPEN MIRACLES
SCRIPTURE: “And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.” (Luke 8: 47)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
Our Focal Scripture makes mention of how the woman with the issue of blood saw that she was not hid. She tried to hide what God did for her, but it could not be hidden. She tried to keep silent with what Jesus did for her, but the miracle could simply not be hidden. Her miracle found her out. Her miracle caused her to come forth. Her miracle brought her out. Her miracle forced her out of hiding. It was that miracle that couldn’t be hidden.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are about to receive that miracle that cannot be hidden. You are about to receive that miracle that will find you out. You are about to receive that miracle that will cause men to hear about you. You are about to receive that miracle that even you cannot hide. You are about to receive the evidence of the hand of the Lord that all men will see. You are about to receive uncommon miracles that will scream.
For a while, that woman received her healing but thought that she could hide it, but it was not long before she realized that what God did for her could not be hidden. What God did for her was more than she could hide. Hear me as I hear the Lord: what you are about to receive by the hand of the Lord will be so big that you can never even cover it. People will hear about your next miracle even without knowing you.
She may have been once known as the woman with the issue of blood, but in a matter of time, she became that woman that was healed immediately as she touched Jesus. In a matter of time, she became that woman whose miracle could not be hidden. El Roi literally changed her identity by virtue of what was done for her.
